The most famous conspiracy websites

Before starting with the “most famous conspiracy websites” series, I decided to send a survey to some of my regularly visiting /r/conspiracy friends. The idea was simple: come up with your own personal top 10 list of conspiracy-related sites/blogs/vlogs on the internet. After more than 30 suggestions, it became clear that a top 10 list would result in a very long article.

So instead, I came up with a few ground rules:

1) Each author can have only one site/blog/vlog on the list. If multiple posts from the same site/blog/vlog are suggested by different authors, I will count only one.

2) The sites/blogs/vlogs suggested must be mainly focused on conspiracy, not including any religious or political agenda (unless they are directly related to a conspiracy). For example, I do not include GodLikeProductions because it is mostly about UFOs, Third Eye Drops because it’s mostly about spirituality etc. If you think I made a mistake, please let me know in the comments.

3) The voting was done through polls. The survey has now ended and I listed the winner of each poll together with the suggestions coming in second place. This should make it easier to find your favorite site/blog/vlog if you are looking for it after reading this article.

I have to say, even though I expected a very diverse list, the number of votes was surprisingly low! This suggests that most Redditors don’t visit many conspiracy-related websites on a regular basis – which is quite understandable considering the amount of information available online nowadays. In any case, I hope you will find below an interesting list of conspiracy sites/blogs/vlogs to visit whenever you are looking for some additional inspiration.

Conclusion:

If you look at the voting results, you will notice that Vigilant Citizen comes in first place by far! This was not really a surprise to me since it’s one of my favorite websites/blogs, but I never expected it to be ranked so highly by other people as well.

You will also notice that quite a few professional conspiracy-related websites qualified for the list, such as Globalresearch.ca and All That’s Interesting (former MI6 agent), Rense.com etc. This is mainly because Redditors seem to like websites that put effort into their content and don’t just steal/recycle information from other sources (such as blogs or YouTube videos).
